In March and July 2025, we will be hosting a group of Spanish students in Bogotá, who will spend the whole time thinking, living, and breathing Spanish for one week.
We ran our first Immersion trips in 2024, and they went so well we simply had to put them on again!
It’s going to be an unforgettable experience.
You’ll experience Colombia from the inside, with the people who know its stories, secrets, and the best places to visit.
But most importantly, you’ll see your Spanish reach new heights!

We’ll be running 3 trips in 2025: 2 in Bogotá (March and July), and 1 in el “Eje Cafetero” (coffee country) in October.
Who this is for
You’ll get the most out of this if you are at least an intermediate (B1) level.
This is an immersion trip, so we’ll strictly be speaking Spanish 100% of the time. You’ll be interacting with native speakers constantly, and pushing your Spanish to new heights.
Therefore, this trip is not for Spanish beginners.
There is also a fair amount of walking involved at altitude (both in and outside the city), so a reasonable physical level of fitness is recommended.
What’s included?
In a word, everything! Here’s what we’ll include in the price:
- Boutique hotel stay (minus 2am mini-bar raids!) for 6 nights
- All meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and snacks
- Spanish classes for entire time (in the mornings)
- Daily experiences and activities
- All transport
- Airport pick up and drop off (if required)
Here’s what we won’t cover:
- Flights in and out
- Travel insurance (highly recommended)
- Any activities or meals outside of the group activities (ie, if you go off on your own somewhere!)

How many people are coming on the trip?
We’ll have a maximum group number of just 12 people. Last time, both trips sold out within just 24 hours, so we expect considerable interest for these trips!
I’d love to visit Colombia, but I’m worried about safety…
Colombia, and Bogotá, have a reputation, there’s no doubt! However, the vast majority of visitors to this amazing country have absolutely no problems. Colombia has changed dramatically over the last 20 years, and due to the ongoing peace agreement, problems with rebel armed groups are quickly becoming a thing of the past.
As with many big cities, petty crime and theft can occur in Bogotá – however, we’ll be visiting the safest parts of the city, and will be travelling together as a group. We’ll also have an in-depth safety briefing on day one.
Is one week in Colombia enough?
Frankly, no! We’d recommend taking an additional week, and visiting another part of the country (like the Caribbean, or the coffee country). We’ll happily provide recommendations!
How much will this cost?
We are still finalising all details. However, we estimate this will cost between $2,600 – $2,700. Bear in mind, that price includes hotel stay, all meals, transport and everything in between (see above), but not flights.
